301 stainless spring steel we produce has standard chromium and nickel content, usually at 17 % Chromium and 7 % Nickel, the end product possesses excellent corrosion resistance properties. Since we use cold rolling technology to produce our material, the resulting 301 stainless spring steel has high tensile strength and elasticity, which makes it suitable for any form of spring application. The size of our 301 stainless spring steel is also very specific, a thickness of between 0.08 to 0.80mm and a width of 2.0 to 600mm, customers can choose the size specification that best meets their requirements. Using 301 stainless spring steel has the following advantages:
- It provides high levels of resistance to corrosion resistance, thereby removing the need to treat the material with corrosion preventive surface finishing
- The material can be used in very high temperatures going up to 300°C
- The product made form the material is relatively lighter as compared to using other alloys
- It has a high level of resistance to electricity
