Hot workability of alloy 825

alloy 825 has a narrow thermoforming range and high deformation resistance. After conducting hot compression and hot tensile tests on the 825 alloy, it was found that the shrinkage rate of the 825 alloy during hot stretching increased first and then decreased with the increase of the stretching temperature. According to the requirements in actual production (general production generally requires that the section shrinkage rate is greater than 50% as the critical value of thermoplasticity), the critical temperature value of 825 alloy for thermal processing is Tc = 1240 ゜ C, and the thermal processing of 825 alloy under high strain rate conditions ,the interval is 1050 ゜ C <Tc <1240 ゜ C.
